The Talent Acquisition service from Clockwork-World can be activated at any time in an engagement with us. Since we need to resource the service, we have access to individuals who may be just the candidate you are seeking for a permanent role. Given a brief to acquire talent on this basis, Clockwork-World can scout on your behalf to seek potential candidates from our own network of contacts. An ideal scenario for this is to find a potential Clockwork-World candidate and contract them to you for a limited trial period with a view to converting to a permanent hire at the end of the term.
Talent Acquisition
Identifying suitable Candidates - Clockwork-World uses its Resources Hub of contacts to identify potential candidates.
Candidate qualification – we need to qualify whether the candidate has an interest in taking up a permanent placement, and potentially doing so after a contracted trial period. We will focus on getting a candidate in the locality of the role to avoid complications of relocation.
Contract Trial – typically a candidate will be contracted for a trial period, say 3 months, after which the Client will decide if the permanent hire will be offered, or a contract extended. This enables both the Client and the candidate to evaluate the prospective fit for the role.
Employment – Transitioning from a contract placement to a permanent hire is a simple process upon which time a talent acquisition fee is applied. This is a more competitive rate that a direct hire if the candidate has been contracted for a trial first.
